It's Friday again! Wow the weeks sure are going by fast! Even without my computer, I still only wrote down a couple of funny things. So here goes...
While eating lunch at my parent's house, dad made the comment that all women understood was a leg of lamb (Andy Griffith episodes). Jake heard this and looked under the table. When he raised up, he said, "but Papa, Nana already has 2 legs". Maybe he will understand it one day!
There is a girl in Jake's Kindergarten class that he likes. He tells me that she is pretty and always wears different outfits every day (I'm glad to know this). Anyway, he told me that he is going to marry her when they get older and then she will have his babies in her tummy. I'm so glad he has it in the right order! I thought this was cute and told him so. When I picked him up a few days later from school, he proceeds to tell me that he told this girl at lunch that he was going to marry her and she was going to have his baby in her tummy! I think he is moving a little too fast for her! I told him he probably shouldn't mention that to her until they are a lot older!!

Kids will say anything - so cute!! :) At least you know Jake is the type of boy that is not going to have a difficult time expressing his feelings. :)
