Das Not Funny...

It’s finally Friday! How many times this week did you hear or see something and think… “Das Not Funny!” but then realize that it actually was pretty funny? Well, such is the purpose of this blogapolooza known as Das Not Funny! Friday.

Ok, so I'm a little late on posting this, but I didn't catch my kids in anything funny until this afternoon & tonight. So here goes...

We were driving home this afternoon and Caylin is getting hot in the car, so she looks at the buttons on the car and tells me I need to turn the air on. I push the "A/C" button and she looks at it and says...so does A/C mean accelerated chill? I thought I was going to have to pull over I was laughing so hard!

We went to Monkeez Brew tonight for "Cowboy Night". There was a horse/mule drawn buggy and Jake went up to rub the horse & mule while they were resting in front of the coffee shop. He comes running back over and tells me I need to come see the horse and the "brown thing" hanging on it. I laughed so hard I cried. Now don't tell me you weren't thinking the same thing (brown thing hanging?). Anyways, what he failed to mention was that it was a brown thing hanging on his leg--a rough patch on his leg! He then proceeded to tell us that his t-ball cap had "P" on it. He couldn't understand why we were laughing at him until he said it again and made sure to say it has the LETTER P on it!

Maybe this next week I'll carry pen and paper to write down all the funny things my kids do! Of course, we will see the horse again Saturday night, so hopefully it's brown thing is cleared up!
